By using gamejii.com or the Gamejii app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the service.
Using Gamejii
You may play our games for personal, non-commercial enjoyment. You agree not to:
- interfere with the site, its servers, or other people's use of it
- use bots, scripts, cheats or modified clients to gain an unfair advantage or manipulate scores
- copy, scrape, reupload or redistribute our games or content without written permission
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account, server or system
- upload or post anything unlawful, abusive, hateful, deceptive or infringing
- use Gamejii in any way that breaks the law where you live
We may remove content, reset scores or suspend accounts that break these rules.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for everything that happens under your account. Give us accurate information when you register, and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you should have a parent or guardian's permission.
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, is used fraudulently, or stays inactive for a very long period.
Experience points and rewards
Experience points, levels, coins and similar items on Gamejii are a feature of the service, not currency. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred or sold. We may adjust how they are earned or spent, and we may correct balances that result from a fault, a bug or deliberate manipulation.
Where rewards can be redeemed for goods, availability is limited and we may withdraw or change any item. Orders are subject to stock and to the delivery details you provide being accurate.
Advertising
Gamejii is supported by advertising. Adverts are supplied by third party networks, and their presence is not an endorsement by us. Any dealing you have with an advertiser is between you and them.
Games and intellectual property
The Gamejii name, logo, site design and original content belong to us. Games on Gamejii are either licensed to us or made available by their developers, and remain the property of their respective owners. Nothing here gives you ownership of any of it.
If you believe content on Gamejii infringes your copyright, write to info@gamejii.com with details of the work, where it appears on our site, and your contact information. We investigate every notice we receive and remove infringing material where the claim is valid.
Availability
We work to keep Gamejii online and fast, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Games, features and content may change or be removed at any time, and maintenance may take the site offline temporarily.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms. The date at the top shows the last revision. Continuing to use Gamejii after a change means you accept the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [your country, and state if applicable], and any dispute will be handled by the courts there.
